USDA Observes Black History Month

The opening ceremony for the 2008 observance of Black History Month will be held in the USDA Jefferson Auditorium, Washington, DC, on Thursday, February 7, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will feature a keynote address by Mr. George C. Fraser, acclaimed author, motivational speaker and Chairman and CEO of FraserNet, Inc. This event is open to all USDA employees.
