Anna G. Stroman, a native Washingtonian, received her M.A. degree in Counseling from Bowie State University in 2000 and a Masters of Divinity degree with emphasis on Christian Counseling from Maple Springs Bible College and Seminary in 2015. What We Do
OCPT provides policy, compliance and training on all civil rights matters and issues for the Department.
Our mission is to appropriately integrate sound civil rights practices into USDA policies, promote effective civil rights training and cultural awareness for USDA employees and ensure that all USDA agencies comply with all applicable civil rights laws, statutes, and regulations.
